Custom Design

Drue will custom design your own special piece by appointment or through email. Create the perfect wedding band for your engagement ring, make your own special piece of jewelry, or redesign an existing piece. Because you select the gems and materials with help from Drue, there are no limits on what you can create.

Jewelry Consulting

Color consulting, style and evaluating existing jewelry wardrobe. Jewelry purchased here, or elsewhere, cleaned and checked without appointment, and evaluated for tightness and durability.

Jewelry Repair

Repairs on platinum, gold, and silver jewelry, all completed here on the premises by our expert craftsmen. Estimates are given upon visual inspection of the item, and normal repairs are completed in a few days. Schedule an appointment for one-day service. Consultations on damaged flatware, trophies and other miscellaneous items are also available. We also offer gem repair and recutting services.

Watch Repair

Watch batteries and watch band adjustments are typically done while you wait for a small fee. Watch repairs on any make or model are available through an outside watch repair service as a convenience to our customers.

Appraisals

Appraisals are provided on any new jewelry designed or purchased from our case at no additional charge. Items designed using existing customer stones can be appraised for a small charge. Appraisals on customer jewelry can be done on an appointment basis for a modest fee.

Customized Services

In addition to all of our other services, our individual attention to detail separates us from the rest. We create a file for each of our customers, tracking special dates, ring sizes, and a detailed list of jewelry purchased here. By coordinating purchases and maintaining a "wish list" with your jewelry consultant, you will always have the perfect gift. When it is time for a larger diamond, we offer diamond trade-in on stones purchased with Drue Sanders Custom Jewelers. Layaway is also available to make your purchase easier.

Jewelry Replacement

Replacement services are available through Jewelry Replacement Services here at Drue Sanders Custom Jewelers. JRS will help you work with your insurance company to replace lost, stolen or damaged items. All of the jewelry replacement is done by a qualified replacement consultant using the same skill and care as our other services, and because of our custom design capability, there is no such thing as irreplaceable.
